Samridhi is a unique training program to upscale the skills of the individuals in a management role of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of India. With 500 hours of pre-work, 65+ participants, representing 9 Organisations and 48 hours of execution, Samridhi is a collective effort of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Electronics City Industries’ Association (ELCIA) with Unbox as their consultative and learning partners. It is a three-month course aimed at bridging the skill gap prevalent in the MSME industry.

Unbox categorized the training session into 4 phases, with a Blended Learning approach to complement and enhance the classroom teaching. Beginning with a 2-day intensive classroom workshop that covered 8 modules and integrated a plant visit to BOSCH* for the participants to get a first-hand learning experience. This was followed by a one-on-one coaching session that ensured the transfer of learning to everyday work tasks. The MSMEs who underwent Samridhi implemented 60+ projects over a period of one year. The participants who received coaching, and the Novo Nordisk executives who oversaw the program, said it produced significant value for the company.
